Our Story
Arthur's is a locally owned and operated company. Arthur has been designing and repairing jewellery for over 31 years. He apprenticed with a Austrian master goldsmith in hand fabrication, wax carving, stone setting and diamond/gemstone grading. Assisting Arthur is Adrian, who brings many years of experience. Adrian came to us from Germany where he perfected his craft in custom design, stone setting, jewellery repairs, alterations. With the introduction of state of the art machines, Arthur offers in store CAD/CAM 3Dprinting, as well as laser welding for those nearly impossible repairs. All repairs and custom designs are done in house. We also offer quartz watch and clock repair. We as well offer hand engraving and laser engraving services. Upon entering the showroom, you will be greeted by Shirley and Chantal, our sales team. They will help you find or design what you are looking for, and answer any questions you may have.
